Container house

Första bild containerhus

Private residence for a family of five built with eight assembled 20′ and 40′ used High cube shipping containers. The house is built on a steep lot near a lake outside Stockholm. The containers structural walls allowed the upper level to be larger than the entrance level and adjust to the canyon shaped hillside. The clients have built the project themselves and the interior is a composition of rare finds and re-used building components.

The containerhouse was nominated for the The Young Swedish Architcture Award 2019, (Ung Svensk Arkitektur)
